    Thank you for your interest in volunteering in the Kent School District. All district volunteers are required to complete a KSD Disclosure Form, consent to a background check, and be finger printed prior to volunteering.

    You may download the disclosure form here, complete it and return it to your local school, or contact Faith Sisley by email or at 253-373-7467.
