We are pleased to invite you to our Levy Listening Sessions for Proposition 1 that will be on the November 5, 2024, ballot. The 2024 Capital Projects and Technology Project Levy Resolution was passed by the school board at a special meeting on July 10.
As we work to secure funding for our schools, we want to ensure that we are open, honest, and transparent with our community. Our goal is to build trust by listening to the voices of our families and community members to ensure everyone's perspective is heard and valued.
During the session, you can learn the details of the levy and its impact on our schools. These sessions will also provide a collaborative opportunity to discuss the levy information campaign, and how we can work together to communicate levy facts to our greater Kent School District community.
We encourage everyone to attend and provide input that will be instrumental in distributing levy information and ensuring that we are transparent and responsive to the needs of our community.
Language Access
The Kent School District values the rich diversity of our community and actively encourages all families and community members to participate in our schools. We believe that embracing different perspectives and cultures enhances the educational experience for everyone and strengthens our community.
If language access is needed, please email Translations@kent.k12.wa.us to schedule an interpreter.
