Request KSD Facilities Online
Thank you for your interest in using the Kent School District facilities, sports fields, Performing Arts Centers and other spaces. The Kent School District now partners with FMX to provide an online Facility Use Request experience. The Kent School District facilities are available for community purposes, provided that such use does not interfere with educational or district programs. District facilities are provided primarily for the education of students and that will always be given first priority.
Community Members
Go to the FMX website and select "Need an Account?" if you do not have one. If you already have an account, log in with your email & password. Register your organization. Enter all the required fields, attach a Certificate of Liability Insurance and a Youth Sports Compliance Statement (if required).
You will receive an email once your registration has been submitted. You will not be able to submit a new request until KSD has approved your account.
When a request is submitted, you will receive an email notification of the approval process. Your request is not approved until you have received an email of approval. Approvals will be done as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
KSD Staff Members
Go to the FMX website and select Log in with SSO. Your request will be approved by your building Facility Use Coordinator.
KSD Staff Members who are requesting facility use for a community organization will need to make a personal account in FMX for those requests. Staff cannot request community events with their staff FMX account.
